Buying & Choosing Artwork
Do you create originals or prints?
I offer original paintings and fine art prints. Originals are one-of-a-kind works, while prints are high-quality reproductions designed to retain the detail and atmosphere of the original piece.
Will the artwork look the same in person?
I aim to represent my work as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screens and lighting. I often share close-up images to give a true sense of texture and detail. Customers often tell me that my work looks better in person.
How do I choose the right painting for my space?
Many collectors are drawn to a piece instinctively. I always suggest choosing based on emotional connection rather than matching décor. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help guide you.
Commissions
Can I commission a painting from you?
Yes - I take a limited number of commissions each year. These are often inspired by a meaningful place, memory, or feeling you would like to capture in a painting.
Will I see progress updates during a commission?
Yes — I share progress images so you can follow the development of your painting and feel connected to the process.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
What are the delivery costs?
Shipping is free within Ireland. All parcels are fully tracked. However, for oversized paintings collection/delivery will be arranged.
For international orders, delivery is calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
When will I receive my original painting?
For Ireland, original paintings are usually shipped 2-3 days after receiving the order. International orders may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Prints
When will I receive my print?
Prints are made to order, numbered and signed by me - they are usually shipped approximately 12-14 days after receiving your order.
How will my print be packaged?
Framed prints are shipped flat in protective packaging. Unframed prints are carefully rolled and sent in a protective tube.
Thinking about a Painting?
I’m not sure if a painting will suit my space — can you help?
Yes - I’m always happy to help. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch and I can guide you towards a piece that feels right for your space.
What if I love a painting but it sells?
Each original is one-of-a-kind, so once sold it cannot be repeated exactly. However, I can create a piece that is similar, so feel free to get in touch if you’d like help finding something that suits.
Do you have a studio where I can view your paintings?
Yes — original paintings can be viewed by appointment at my home studio in Co. Meath. If there’s a particular piece you’d like to see in person, simply send me a message and we can arrange a suitable time.
I’m unsure what size painting would work best in my space — can you help?
Absolutely. If you send me a photo of your space, wall measurements, or even a screenshot of a painting you’re considering, I’d be happy to help you choose a size that feels right for your home.
