Refund policy
I hope you will be delighted with your artwork. I always aim to represent my paintings and prints as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions and sizing information.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to help.
To be eligible for a refund, artwork must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that commissioned paintings and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and artwork so the issue can be resolved quickly.
